An established eCommerce company is looking for pedigree sales professionals (FMCG-General Trade) to join their team. 

Job Description

- Experience with FMCG for - understands the pulse of the retailer (Kirana/ general trade store), distributor, and distribution network.

- Create GTM strategy and solve problems at scale, i.e, acquire retailers on the Company retailer program and engage them with customer activations (instore visibility/ promoter solutions).

- Create a GTM strategy and build a predictable model of acquiring and engaging retailers.

- Create pipeline, aggressively pitch, close large retailers using a strong solution-based sales approach.

- Carry acquisition targets, manage key accounts and deliver against metrics such as churn, engagement.

- Manage relationships with large brands in the city.

- Ability to build team relationships and manage large teams (25-50 members)

- Sharp, analytical, and ability to understand data to drive outcomes

- Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally.

Pedigree candidates only from IIMs/ FMS/ XLRI/ MDI
