Job Description

Supv-1 HR Operations
• Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) under guidance of the HR Manager to ensure timely and
accurate updation of employee data
• Responsible of Employee Life cycle on-boarding and exits.
• Responsible for payroll processing.
• Responsible to conduct attrition analysis and identify opportunities to reduce attrition
• Manage the new hire onboarding program including pre-boarding and post-boarding requirements
• Responsible to evaluate the employee satisfaction levels in the company and implement strategies to
improve the employee satisfaction scores
• Responsible to manage and drive Employee Benefits programs
• Responsible to manage and update the HR policies procedures and implement a structured
communication channel for the organization
• Manage the employee connect programs and identify opportunities to promote employee motivation
and job satisfaction strategies
• Manage the Rewards and Recognition programs as well as the monthly HR events and activities
• Provide analytical and well documented HR reports to the reporting manager
• Act as a point of contact and build influential employee relationships
• Should display the highest level of work ethics and integrity

Requirements

• Proven work experience of a minimum of 8+ years in HR Operations
• Familiarity with HRIS and Employee Engagement Initiatives
• Should have managed direct reports
• Should be able to coach and guide team members for improved performance
• Should be able to conduct market research and identify/propose best practices within HR in the
industry
• Degree/Certification in HR Management (preferably MBA)
• Should be well versed with Employment Laws, Labor Laws and Compensation Management
