Job Description

The senior analyst will be expected to build thought leadership in the customer experience
space by leading conversations with enterprises and service/technology providers to inform
the market about the broader trends. This will include thought leadership on both upstream
dimensions of the experience value chain (such as customer journey mapping and
automation, design thinking, digital product development strategy, personalization,
experience design strategy) as well as downstream dimensions (such as digital product
development, platform ecosystem, underlying infrastructure).

Requirements

Key responsibilities
• Identify areas of research in the experience ecosystem based on industry and client
needs
• Problem solve and structure work to manage deliverables and timelines
• Contribute significantly to the published research agenda of the digital (IX) practice
• Lead custom research engagements based on specific problem statements pertaining to
managing and scaling experiences
• Actively develop domain expertise, leveraging subject matter experts, and external
sources
• Support business development efforts through proposal writing and other initiatives
• Participate proactively in external market communication by responding to analyst
enquiries, conducting executive conversations, and maintaining/growing long-term client
relationships

Additional Information

Education & experience
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA required (preferably from Tier-1 B-School)
• 1 to 3 years post-MBA work experience in customer experience
technology/advisory/research/outsourcing strategy environment. Keen interest in
technology and technology industry is strongly preferred
• History of excellence in academics, personal and vocational achievements
• Experience in the technology sector is a plus
