Job Description
Life Sciences Lead, India
Required experience:
20+ in Life Sciences/Biopharma and/or Med-Tech operations – Equally between client (business/IT side)
and SI/consultancy. Broad and global experience across the value chain and IT. Ability to drive the development
of the life sciences practice. Recognized as thought leader. Proven track record in building relationships with
CxOs.
Role:
In addition to the 6 responsibilities (see previous slide), he/she will lead the India Life Sciences industry
strategy, offerings and capabilities jointly with the Global Life Sciences Leader, oversee India-based SMEs,
prioritize offers/POV, support key pursuits and alliances.
Location – India
Med-Tech Lead, India
Required experience:
10+ in Med-Tech – Equally between client (business/IT side) and SI/consultancy. Broad and global experience
across the Med-Tech value chain. Experience in R&D, operations, and design and development of multiple
DTX/DM initiatives. Proven track record in building relationships with CxOs.
Role:
In addition to the 6 responsibilities (see previous slide), he/she will collaborate with the various capabilities
(within ERD, Invent, CIS, I&D), contribute to thought leadership, and support key deals both on BD and
delivery.

Intelligent Factory & Supply Lead, India
Required experience:
20+ in Life Sciences/Biopharma operations – Equally between client (business/IT side) and SI/consultancy.
Broad and global experience in manufacturing and supply chain operations. Experience in global major
transformation projects (MES, EBR, Closed Loop Manufacturing etc.). Recognized as thought leader. Proven
track record in building relationships with CxOs.
Role:
In addition to the 6 responsibilities (see previous slide), he/she will connect the capabilities within GBLs/ABLs
(e.g. ER&D, Invent, CIS, SAP COEs) within the group, define one unified vision for Capgemini, prioritize
offer/POV development and support key deals both on BD and delivery.
Location – India
S4 Transformation Lead, India
Required experience:
20+ in Life Sciences/Biopharma – Equally between client (business side) and vendor/SI/consultancy. Broad
and global experience in SAP and S4/Hana eco-system in pharma. Must have been directly involved in
numerous S4 transformations from strategy & design to planning and go live, across multiple areas: finance,
procurement, ops, commercial etc. Recognized as a thought leader in the category. Proven track record in
building relationships with CxOs.
Role:
In addition to the 6 responsibilities (see previous slide), he/she will connect the various capabilities areas
(within the multiple SAP COEs and GBLs), define one unified vision for Capgemini, prioritize offer/POV
development and support key deals both on BD and delivery.

Required experience:
20+ in Life Sciences/Biopharma R&D – Equally between client (business side) and SI/consultancy. Broad and
global experience from drug discovery to clinical trials. Experience in DCT (Decentralized Trials). Proven track
record in building relationships with CxOs.
Role:
In addition to the 6 responsibilities (see previous slide), he/she will connect the various areas of R&D
capabilities (e.g. ER&D/Tessella, I&D, Invent) within the group, define a vision for Capgemini, prioritize
