Job Description

This role will support the team, to progress and enable organization's Digital agenda and embed digital standards and high quality
design and ux practice across the organization to support the drive for quality, consistency and efficiency in delivering our end user experiences.
Specifically, this role will serve to manage the deliver of new standards, organize the delivery of these across (content, design, ux and development and ensure the updates are communicated effectivity to the business
This role is key to enabling functions across team to standardize and improve digital effectiveness whilst ensuring a consistent digital customer experience approach.



o Act as single entry point for work into the team.
o Manage and keep backlog/road map up-to-date.
o Ensure requirements cover business/clients needs and have acceptance criteria to measure when DONE. (including behavior and default state).
o Product vision and roadmap: Working closely with Product Owner to define vision, strategy, scope and roadmap development. Supporting adoption of these within the team.
o Discovery: Working with stakeholders to discuss and capture requirements for upcoming projects/BAU. Being part of early discussions and meetings regarding the same.
o Managing product backlog: Maintaining the work backlog in JIRA. Organizing regular grooming and planning sessions (design and dev) for backlog review and planning. Rationalizing requirements into scope and building a delivery schedule. Working with the team internally to create release plans.
o Agile Delivery: Working with Design, UX, Research and Development function within the team to support adoption of agile delivery processes and on-time delivery of prioritized items.
o Management: Managing stakeholder expectations, overseeing the delivery process and removing impediments in delivery as required.
o Standards adoption: Supporting Studios and other teams with alignment to frameworks to ensure smoother adoption of standards.
o Forums: Organizing and leading forums with champions and global engagement teams.
o COMM's: Managing comms on releases and general updates internally and externally.
o Content review and Publishing: Supporting publishing activity and content review on site.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Demonstrable experience on global website builds, CMS, working closely with onsite and remote
development teams
• Experience working in agile environments
• Previous experience within financial services
• Digital experience including use of Jira, Confluence, or any other leading project management tools
• Experience of working closely with technology, marketing and businesses teams to align around creating
and implementing digital standards.
