The Director: Capability Building & Innovation will
Identify relevant stakeholders for building a product engineering/organization-wide innovation and
capability champions network and drive its creation.
Create the culture, platform and processes to ensure effective functioning of the champions’ network.
Curate learning content and facilitate knowledge sharing within the champions network, build and
maintain a platform where product engineering staff can share knowledge and expertise.
Lead development of the champions network in India, US and possibly Latin America across business,
sales, delivery, horizontals, HR and other support functions and link it closely with business outcomes.
Support the implementation of other change and communication initiatives by leveraging the champions’
network.
Help disseminate the mindset across product through learning and development activities that leverage
internal opportunities, client driven initiatives, pre-sales activities and industry events.
Lead the gradual integration of delivery, business, and Incedo horizontal practises for the purpose of
Innovation and Capability built out.
Develop culture, capacity and capability within product engineering to embrace new opportunities and
embed entrepreneur thinking.
Highlight capability and skill gaps and recommend approaches to initiate PoCs, and capability
development initiatives.
Facilitating knowledge exchange and opportunities for partnership internally and with partner networks,
such as universities and think tanks.
