Good experience in executing large programs for Indian local customers
Banking/Payments experience (preferred not mandatory)
Lead and manage offshore projects or a portfolio of projects with a strong focus on Quality, Schedule and Cost.
Deliver the project with a strong governance approach that enhances Delivery Excellence with a strong and capable handle on conflicts arising in a distributed delivery context
During pre-sales, function as the authority for shaping up the engagement with a focus on the optimal pyramid, skill sets, and other capabilities required. Drive the solution with focus on including the right elements that will enable on-time and quality delivery as well as USPs to the client
Be an evangelist of company's I&D’s portfolio of offerings to current and prospective clients
Liaise with Business stakeholders for Requirement for various project streams across different lines of business
Responsible to help identify & recruit resources for the roles identified at customer engagements and for the practice
Responsible for resource utilization for the team.
20+ years of Total IT experience with 8+ years of successful project /program management experience.
Industry recognized or equivalent program management certifications
Sound background of Insights & Data - AI, Data Platform, Data Management
Experience in BFSI is preferred
Hands on Experience in defining delivery strategy at BU level
Strong understanding of FS domain and vision to build innovative solutions for multiple clients
Prior experience of building COEs
Manage complex workstreams for the clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to lead complex matrix organization
Build long term relationship with clients
Excellent at building client relationships
Creative thinker always finds a solution to a challenge
Mentor team members.
Build the delivery offerings with new age technologies
Implementation of distributed delivery model to accomplish outcomes
Build competencies to approach the client issue with a holistic approach.
