HRBP Manager

Opportunity with a Well established Indian MNC which manufacturer of speciality chemicals
and pharmaceuticals with a global footprint across 60 countries and it is based out in Vapi (Gujarat) location.

Key Role & Responsibilities –
1. Personnel Administration: - Handling and resolving all employee queries within
assigned TAT .
2. Ensure compliance to any disciplinary issues if and so raised through stipulated rules and company’s code of conduct principles .
3. Performance Management: - Drive PMS on a periodic basis for the employees in their respective divisions. - Ensure timely completion of PMS activities in their areas and resolving all the queries and concerns wrt PMS for their employees.
4. Talent Acquisition: - Identify & Onboard right talent for the identified vacant positions for their assigned Divisions - Partner with Leaders and Managers of assigned divisionsto onboard the right talent within the TAT - Work in full sync with the COE TA team for Managers and above positions and provide division specific inputs, if any.
5. Capability Building: - Plan & execute Capability building interventions for theirrespective divisions - Responsible to plan periodic skills assessment and execute Operations Training as per the Annual Training Calendar for Officer & below job families - Drive Progression, Meraki & other signature CB initiatives like EE, Saksham, Leap Organization & Talent Management: - Work in close coordination with the TM Coe to implement and drive the TM initiatives - Drive TM interventions like succession planning, IDPs for Officer job family .
6. Ensure Workforce analytics and prepare monthly reports and MIS Employee Experience.
7. Drive employee engagement initiatives for the employees in their respective division.
8. Work very closely with Central EE Team. Provide division specific inputs, if any.
9. Learning and Development experience is mandatory.

Experience - 8+ years
Education : MBA
Location : Vapi (Gujarat)
