As part of Cloud & Network Security team, your responsibilities include:
1. Providing technical guidance, be a stake holder in application architecture, design, design review, writing
code, code review, continuous integration, continuous deployment.
2. You will be responsible for developing High Performance, Scalable, Robust, and Secure Network Security
Software & Systems Platform. This network software allows customers to configure, provision, upgrade
& monitor of various network functions in carrier grade enterprise & telecom networks.
3. You will participate in feature development activities including development and test.
4. Troubleshoot and fix any product issues identified internally or in the production deployments.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience with object-oriented design and coding skills in Java, Python.
Strong C programming and debugging skills.
Solid experience with multi-threading, locking, multi-core programming.
Extensive experience in developing distributed system design.
Experience with Kafka and other messaging buses (like RabbitMQ) along with message formatting like
Avro encoding.
Prefer experience with micro service architecture, large scale, public cloud, IAM
Experience in Building application servers (using Apache, Flask, Gunicorn, etc)
knowledge of REST API, API gateways
Worked with Cassandra preferably (or other NoSQL DBs)
Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
Knowledge of Cloud technologies - AWS, Azure, GCP and others
Good knowledge of Linux operating system
Experience with one of the following: ESXi, KVM, or HyperV is a plus.
Experience in developing Network Monitoring / NMS / EMS / Controller Dashboard with understanding
of network KPIs is a big Plus.
Security and networking experience is a big plus
Linux kernel internals and drivers is a plus.
RDBMS knowledge is good to have.
SaaS application development experience is a great advantage
Exposure to Enterprise Networks Security, Application Delivery Controllers (Load Balancers), Firewall
solutions, Threat Protection Systems.
Knowledge of networking including SSL, TCP, UDP, ICMP, BGP, HTTP and other L2-L7 protocols network
architecture, cloud based, edge network data & analytics.
