Job Description

- Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
• Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
• Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings.
• Conduct training and collect training feedback and give analysis of training feedback.
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
• Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
• Able to track ROI of training program.
• Track budgets and negotiate contracts

Requirements

• Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Possess analytical ability.
• Able to design and produce relevant training materials including e-learning courses.
• Basic Knowledge of 5S and Kaizen
• Very good communication & presentation Skills

Additional Information

Min. 05 - 10 Yrs. Experience in Learning & Development of manufacturing industries
