Job Description
Would be responsible for overall design , development , value engineering , product improvement and other activities of R&D function for Split ACs for domestic and exports market.
1. Competitor Benchmarking, Technical as well as Commercial
2. Value engineering & Cost Leadership
3. Product Roadmap strategy formulation in line with sales ,Industrial design team
4. Departmental Capex planning
5. ECN Management/BOM Management/Drawing Management
6. Co-ordination with Sales/production/quality/Purchase team/Service
7. New Model/Part Development for Domestic Market.
8. Innovation & Technology roadmap set up for future products
Requirements
1. Knowhow of System balancing of Refrigeration System
2. Knowledge of Psychrometric Lab/Balanced ambient lab for air conditioners
3. Knowledge of SM/Plastic Tool design and development.
4. Having knowledge of BIS/BEE Certification/NABL Accreditation/Export Certification
5. Good knowledge of Product life Cycle process
6. Should have handled atleast team of 15 people with strong leadership skill.
7. Should be good in communication and inter-personal skills to interact with other functions.
