Job Description
• Program Management for SAP advisory consulting engagements.
• Manage team utilization and project staffing for the consulting team.
• Lead RFP responses with focus on SAP solutioning, process design and architecture.
• Lead SAP S/4 consulting projects during assessment, preparation, implementation, and rollouts.
• Manage client relationships, primarily with CXOs and senior management and drive consensus with stakeholders on program scope, delivery and value realization.
• Coordinate and execute all phases of project including estimating, component selection, design, build, test and after implementation support.
• Manage multiple technology and cross-functional teams during project execution.
Requirements
• Must have excellent communication skill and consulting mindset.
• Must have experience of project management for delivering advisory and implementation projects in S/4 HANA business transformation.
• Must be familiar with S/4 HANA specific features, innovations, and solution architecture.
• Possess strong consulting knowledge of SAP solution architecture and experience in the process consulting, business blueprinting, fit-gap assessment, solution design, configurations, testing and deployment for S/4HANA.
• Preferable Certification in SAP S/4HANA Activate.
• Should have experience of working with extensions, integration, cloud platform integration, BTP, enhancements and interfaces.
• Should be familiar with the SAP portfolio of products and fitment across the industrial value-chain like Transport Management, EWM, Ariba, IBP, MDG.
• Should have worked on delivering projects in agile methodology.
