Job Description
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
• Installation of the AVEVA MES template, including new sites and upgrades.
• Resolution of MES support tickets, including escalation when required.
• Suggesting improvements to the MES template, including hardware & software.
• Training IT people on the MES template, sharing best practice.
• Preparation and maintenance of training materials and support documentation.
Requirements
Knowledge/Experience/Skills Needed
• Good overview of OT systems
• Overall knowledge of manufacturing systems concepts, including the ISA95 model levels 1 to 4.
• 2+ years’ experience with MES solutions, preferably AVEVA, but others will be considered.
• 5+ years’ experience with IT infrastructure, including networking and server configuration.
• 2+ years’ experience with SQL scripts.
• Demonstrable, problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively function in a diverse, multicultural environment.
