To check receiving the product and prepare the Carry-out product by cooperating with staffing operators.
To manage the working environment, labour cost, working quality, productivity of the staffing operators.
To communicate with the staff of the client, Honda Motor, and discuss about the human resource management.
To support Japanese staff member.
Required Skills :-
Working experience of managing the staffing company, for warehouse management project.
Most important experience.-Working experience in automotive industry or handling experience of the client in automotive industry.
Can speak English, and Tamil language.
