Job Description
We are looking for a Banking and Financial Services (BFS) Solution Architect, who will own the integrated solution and design of the overall BPM landscape for our BFS clients.
The Solution Architect for Debt Collection in the Business Process Management (BPM) industry is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end solutions that enhance debt collection processes. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, creating architecture blueprints, and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of the debt collection systems.
Solution Design and Architecture:
• Develop comprehensive architecture plans that integrate BPM solutions with debt collection systems.
• Experience in solution architecture, with a focus on BPM and debt collection systems.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable and reliable BPM solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities: -
• Lead for presales and solutions for the collections business unit –
• Responsible for architecting solutions and in-charge of all presale’s activities for collections business unit.
• globally - Responsible to lead client proposals, deliver sales pitches and support new business acquisition for collections business unit –
• Setup the presales function for collections business unit with enhanced collaterals and structured knowledge management –
• Created a solutioning framework capturing all elements of a solution to standardize solutions activities.
Requirements
Experience Range : 15 Years to 25 Years
Location : Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
Designation : Director/ Sr Director/ VP.
Additional Information
Domain expertise with BFS for US & UK region.
The candidate should have a working knowledge of UK and US regulations too someone with Third Party experience, Digital as well as a deep understanding of the collections market is must.
