Job Description

Designation: Plant Hr
Location: Yamuna Nagar (Haryana)

Employee Relations and Engagement:
• Serve as a trusted advisor to plant management and employees on HR-related
• matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention
• within the plant.
: Performance Management
• Establish performance goals aligned with departmental and organizational
• objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews (quarterly, semi-annually, or annually).
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees.
• Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations.
Compensation and Benefits Management:
• Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with organizational
• objectives.
• Administer benefits programs (healthcare, retirement plans, wellness initiatives)
• effectively.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
Compliance and Policies:
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Update and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees as needed.
• Safety and Wellness Programs:
• Collaborate with safety and health committees to promote and maintain a safe work
• environment.
• Support wellness programs and initiatives that contribute to the overall well-being of
• plant employees.
Employee Communications:
• Facilitate effective communication channels between plant management and
• employees.
• Act as a liaison between plant employees and corporate HR on HR-related matters.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree (From Tier 1or Tier2 colleges )
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a manufacturing or heavy engineering environment.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build .
• relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software; experience with ERP systems is beneficial.
