Job Description

 To lead Analytics and Control Monitoring team.
 Weekly and Monthly Assessment & Comparison of Assets Performance based on
SCADA data.
 Preparation of performance improvement plans and ensure effective
implementation
 Turbine performance monitoring by power curve analysis.
 Periodically Performance check of each WTGs as per availability of wind regime
 Energy & Time-based availability calculations.
 Monthly assessment of all the losses actual versus contractual warranties.
 Root cause Analysis for major breakdown or repetitive breakdowns.
 Correlation of performance between turbine to turbine in the windfarm
 Assess & report to management for all critical parameters, if any Inconsistencies in nacelle
anemometry, Yaw misalignment, turbine degradation.
 Impact analysis of Power curtailments by utilities.
 Impact analysis of turbine de rating due to turbine related issues and environment
parameters outside design limits.
 Monitoring details of Generation, PLF, Repeating errors, major breakdown etc.

Requirements

 Qualification: B Tech preferably M Tech.
 Experience: 12 to 14 years of experience in Analytics. Performed as Team Lead is
preferable.

Additional Information

 To ensure eco system for reliable SCADA data availability centrally.
 To ensure effective real time remote monitoring control room operations.
 To ensure systematic storage and retrieval of SCADA data including backup
system.
 Validate windfarm availability reports from OEMs with SCADA data.
 Operational assessment of all WTGs locations from daily/weekly site reports and
comparison with expected energy output from each WTGs.
 Monitoring power curve performance of all turbines using MAST data.
 Long term wind speed comparison using MERRA data on monthly basis.
 Monthly assessment of all the losses versus contractual warranties.
 Correlation of performance between turbine to turbine in the windfarm
 Monitoring Energy & Time-based availability.
