Job Description
JD:
*Lead technical product management responsibilities for platform products.
*Manage the overall strategic direction for the platform design of products, identifying and proposing solutions for the product development risks of value, feasibility, and usability.
*Lead user research and requirements documentation for large-scale, open-ended problems.
*Prior experience growing product management practice for an agile development organization.
*Lead customer research, use case prioritization, interface prototype creation, technical design discussions, and functional requirement documentation for large-scale development efforts.
*Deliver high-quality software with complete independence and autonomy in a high-growth environment where priorities shift rapidly.
*Expertly balances user needs, business goals, internal stakeholders, and constraints to build and manage road-maps.
*Communicate clearly and with precision to build consensus and drive to next steps.
*Understand agile development methodologies comprehensively, with a track record of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement across teams.
*Lead test and learn experiments to create road-maps that prioritize development and create value for users.
*Build strong working relationships with both internal leadership and development teams.
*Contribute to the growth of a product management team, with the ability to recruit, develop, and retain teammates.
*Amplify impact by aligning teams and empowering them to work toward strategic objectives.
