Implements and monitors systems / processes covering the employee lifecycle to ensure optimum employee satisfaction
Identifies internal customer needs and addresses these needs effectively
Develops a service orientation among all employees towards internal and external customer
Implements the internal feedback mechanism thereby improving internal customer satisfaction levels
Ensures employee engagement activities are conducted periodically to increase employee satisfaction and boost employee morale
Implements initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction levels at the plant
Implements HR policies and processes covering the entire employee lifecycle in line with Corporate HR
Prepares and presents during the HR audit; implements audit recommendations to ensure uniformity of HR processes across the company
Implements the reward and recognition programmes developed by corporate HR including compensation practices
Understands and propagates initiatives for the inculcation of RPSGG values and culture at the plant
Drives a performance based culture; drives periodic goal setting and reviews at the plant
