Job Description

Identifying training needs by regularly scanning various pre-determined sources
Coming up with ideas for new trainings and engagements.
Handling LMS online training for the region. Ensuring completion by various verticals. Highlighting training completion to the management team.
Target based sales training with a clear impact of sales goals.
Handling Sales, Customer Service, Product other behavioral trainings.
Motivating the team and maintaining high moral to ensure consistent achievement by understanding customer requirements as early as possible.
Refresher Session taken to improve the performance and to keep sale staff updated on any changes in the process
Regular monitoring and raising red flags and rectification.
Conducting Regular Engagement Activities at stores and backend.
Working on In-house Magazine and other information & knowledge management based initiatives
Compiling of reports for teams performance,
Conducting activities like Performance Improvement Plan

Requirements

MBA with 6 -8 Years in training & Development (Sales, Customer Service, Product other behavioural)

Additional Information

Area to handle: Karnataka, Tamil Nadu Pondicherry
Preferable- female candidate
The profile would also require travelling across the area responsible for.
