Job description

Responsibilities:
 Conduct Induction & Orientation of new joiners including Senior Management and evaluate learning transfer
 Ensure each new hire is Certified as per the Training Plan
 Own the quality of partners and managers working across retail stores and BoxC sites
 Facilitate New Product Launch (NPL) trainings ensuring 100% compliance and effectiveness
 Periodic visits to the retail stores and BoxC sites for OJT / Audit
 Manage the team of trainers with periodic follow-up on deliverables
 PMS on a quarterly basis for trainers
 Build rapport with educational institutions to leverage hiring opportunities, across levels
 Active participation in campus recruitment
 Update training materials to make them more relevant to the needs of the organization
