Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct Induction & Orientation of new joiners including Senior Management and evaluate learning transfer
Ensure each new hire is Certified as per the Training Plan
Own the quality of partners and managers working across retail stores and BoxC sites
Facilitate New Product Launch (NPL) trainings ensuring 100% compliance and effectiveness
Periodic visits to the retail stores and BoxC sites for OJT / Audit
Manage the team of trainers with periodic follow-up on deliverables
PMS on a quarterly basis for trainers
Build rapport with educational institutions to leverage hiring opportunities, across levels
Active participation in campus recruitment
Update training materials to make them more relevant to the needs of the organization
