Responsibilities:
• Own and deliver the Ad Sales revenue targets
• Defining the market for the portfolio, identifying the right partners to work with and identifying the right product-market fit.
• Create and own the business model for the portfolio and define the strategy to scale the business.
• Build out a strong Ad sales team to deliver on the revenue number
• Planning, developing, and evaluating of new consumer-driven advertising initiatives on a consistent basis, developing and acting upon marketing opportunities, based on consumer needs in order to guarantee consumer satisfaction.
• Establishing strong long-term relationships with partners; and building a sustainable & profitable business.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders like Product teams, other business teams and operations to achieve the business goals.
• Contribute to the overall growth and profit of business by expanding our partner ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 12+ years’ experience in Marketing/Brand Management/Sales/Digital Sales/Partner management.
• Proven and successful track record of influencing, meeting, and exceeding advertising sales targets as well as the business’s overall targets set by the business.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment Should be able to contribute both as an individual contributor and as leader of people.
• Strong understanding of the advertising.
• Prior experience with India based ad networks (on the demand side) and/or with Media Agencies with strong digital sales presence.
• MBA from a Top Tier B-School.
