Job Description
Position Summary : This position leads the overall responsibility for design of Solar Module Mounting Structures of Solar Power Plants such as Ground mount, Roof Top and Residential, Solar Products like Solar Pumps, Lighting Systems and etc.
Position Responsbility:
Be responsible for design of different types of module mounting structures for Solar Power plants by using latest tools and techniques such as CAD software, Stadd Pro, ANSYS and any 3D Modules software’s
Be responsible for preparing project detail drawings for Solar Structures in 2D and 3D drawings
Be accountable for detail analysis and use of various domestic & international standards and engineering principles to analysis structures, connection, and components using analytic & computational methods
Play a key role in preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for structures, Design of RCC foundations using geo-technical inputs and has the ability to do survey sites, visit project sites, and develop technical solutions
Be responsible for Structural design work for the control room, invertor room, compound walls, module cleaning systems and other accessories related to the project
Should be responsible for shadow analysis by SKETCHUP tools
Play an active role in design review of Solar System Engineering design, modeling and performance data and provide engineering support during the construction process
Review the costs of structural estimates, production estimates, and assessment of commercial risk factors
Should be responsible for maintaining design documents as per defined Quality Management Systems
