Senior Manager Compliances

One of the leading company in the Renewable sector.

Provide anticorruption compliance support to Company in India and Group Companies as the global subject matter expert in the area of anticorruption including: the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, UN Convention against Corruption, and the OECD Antibribery Convention. Will manage Group Energy’s and Group’s Antibribery Compliance Program under Group Policies, DoJ FCPA Guidance, UK Bribery Act Guidance and OECD Good Practice Guidance, and will develop and implement training on topics relevant to our business and the fight against corruption. In addition will assist local Group legal and business executives to identify, analyze and mitigate relevant issues including JVs, alliances, purchase agreements, services agreements, agent representation and selection and retention of subcontractors.

Education: Juris Doctor or equivalent

Work Experience: Minimum five years relevant experience in a tier one law firm or as a senior member of Fortune 500 in house legal.

Work Requirements: Ability to work with multiple legal systems and jurisdictions across multiple time zones and to team well with others in a leading or supporting role. Moderate travel required.
