Job Description

Extensive Primary Market Research, Project Management, Managing Global International Clients

Communication
Independently handle client communication
To establish a point of contact with stakeholders and develop the relationship
Attend kick off meetings, review meetings, regular status calls.
Confidence when consulting with local country about the end to end delivery and need to act as a consultant.
Manage the KPI and share the periodic status with all the stakeholders.
Good presentation skills and accompany CS teams on client visits.
Team Management
Conducting Performance review discussion based on the timeline and oversee personal development plan
Identification of training needs and arranging for the required trainings
Capacity planning and work allocation
Responsible for keeping the team motivated and ensure that continuous employee
engagement
Conduct monthly review meeting with the team.
Providing guidance and handle queries regarding scripts, reports, dashboard before delivering to end client and guide the team
Process Management
Communicating with client service/end client to understand and document the business objectives including SOW preparation and sign off.
Work with end-client/client service on multiple primary market research project directly.
Support the team in development of the proposal, creation of questionnaires considering the specific objectives of each client; costing finalization, coordination of all the areas involved and responsible for the overall governance of the project.
Ensure full compliance of projects in terms of time, costs, scope and quality.
Responsible for sample approval in the study and for offline fieldwork should have the experience of fieldwork briefing.
Support the team in designing questionnaires and plan analysis.
Work with Vendors/Suppliers like Fieldwork Agency, Translation agency, coding etc.
Manage budget against the SOW
Responsible for managing the billing and invoicing tasks, queries and timely closure of monthly invoicing
Responsible for knowledge management, best practice sharing, project closure and responsible for documentation.
Quality Management
Accountable for the quality of all the work/projects delivered by the team - Data tabulations, dashboard data, Survey link etc.
Conduct regular audits to ensure process compliance
Identifying the improvement areas and coming up with the action plan
To ensure that all QC measures laid down have been followed by the team
Managing escalation and providing explanation to end client on any issues throughout the life cycle of the study. Coming up with solutions and work with the client on issues.
Accountable for maintenance and reporting of issue log, risk log and ensuring all the project level documentation is up to date.
Continual improvement
Drive continuous process enhancements and improvements workstream
Execute process improvement solutions to business problems, using data analysis, & optimization tools to support strategic process improvement plans such as – reducing the cycle time, hands off etc.
Compliance
Adhering to all process compliance requirements as per Kantar Standards and policies including ISO, ISMS, GDPR.

Requirements

Qualifications                                                                                                                                                      

Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Commerce/Science or MBA is preferred
Master’s in marketing and business management – Preferred
Six Sigma / Project Management Certification will be an added advantage
Technical
Mandatory 11-13 years of Market Research experience having full life cycle experience
Knowledge on Project financials (estimation, budgeting etc.),
Working knowledge and mid-level expertise in word, excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
Knowledge of Project Management/ Scheduling tools such as MS project, Gant charts will be added advantage
Certification/Good knowledge of PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM Master methodologies are desirable.
Six Sigma knowledge would be beneficial
Able to handle client queries independently and mentor team members on core market research principals.
Research Skills
Basic knowledge of Marketing Research
Knowledge of the types of Marketing Research
Understanding and designing tools
Marketing Research Process: Sampling, quotas, targets, etc.
Understanding of the Marketing Research process: Field, Coding, Script, DP, PM, CS

Good written and verbal communication skills
