Job Description
Job Title: Director – Charting
Reports to: VP
Department Charting
Position Summary:
The role will enable in Man power management, change management, Client Management and People management
Location: Hyderabad
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for planning, forecasting and budgeting
• Manage resources and recruitment
• Client Interaction on critical issues
• Transition Management
• Process Migration and decision making
• Looking on to the issues of attrition and ensure retention of employees
• Ensure 100% compliance in Audits/Projects and Billing
• Promote one team culture
• Meeting IPO’s for self and ensure adherence for the same is communicated to the team members

Technical
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Being Committed to service excellence and added value
• Flexibility to adjust to the changing work environment and needs to the team
• Positive attitude. Should be able to take feedback positively and work on them to improve

• Ability to manage own time and workload effectively

• Able to work in a global cross cultural matrix environment. Knowledgeable of other regions and considerate of different
cultural norms/appropriate business conduct.
Qualifications/Skill
• Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Commerce/Science or MBA is preferred
• Experience and knowledge of using MS Office
• Having 10 plus years of experience in operations with managing more than 50 members.
