We are active in the areas of data collection software, data processing platforms, end to end solutions, and workflow & estimation tools. We are leaders in mobile market research and product ionise new research techniques such as virtual reality and facial coding.

The operations function comprises technical experts across India, UK, North America and Amsterdam. Our high performing Global Delivery Centre in India employs over 1000 staff and offers a full range of research services to research businesses, including: scripting, coding, data processing, project management, charting, report writing, marketing science and media intelligence.

Job Title: Deputy Director – Charting
Reports to: VP
Department Coding
Position Summary: The role will enable in Man power management, change management, Client Management and people management

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, forecasting and budgeting
• Manage resources, recruitment & training
• Account management and building stronger relationship with clients
• Transition Management, Process Migration and decision making
• Looking on to the issues of attrition and ensure retention of employees
• Ensure 100% compliance in Audits/SP/KP and Billing
• Promote one team and innovation culture
• Driving the organizational objective within the department
• Upskilling the team with the future skills and drive the automation culture

Person Specification
Qualifications/Skill • Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Commerce/Science or MBA is preferred
• Expert in MS Excel & PowerPoint, should be good at creating presentations
• Experience and knowledge of using MS Office
• Knowledge in E-tabs and other Automation tools
• Having 10 plus years of experience in operations with managing team size of 30+ members
