Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the factory automation software
• Plans, coordinates and executes development activities within the scope of individual projects
• Responsible for feature enhancements and complete ownership of software components
• Interacts with peers across multiple functional groups to carry out day to day activities
• Responsible for evaluating the customer spec on factory automation and providing response
Mandatory Skills required to performing the job:
• Good understanding and working experience in Equipment automation experience using the SEMI automation software standards like E40, E94, E87, E90 & EDA Standards – E120, E125, E132 & E134
• Hands on experience with software design using object-oriented development methods and expertise in any of the object-oriented programming languages such as Smalltalk/ Java/ C++/ C#
• Willingness to work in C++/C# and Smalltalk
• Strong analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Desirable Skills:
• Understanding of distributed systems
• Experience in Design Patterns
• Working Knowledge on memory and CPU profiling tools
• Experience in Semiconductor Fab
