Heading HR-IR function; hands on experience in Industrial Relations & Human Resources.

Union Negotiation & IR, Govt. Liaising, Salary Arbitration, Labour &Employment Laws, Employee Motivation, Statutory Compliance, Grievance Handling, Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Leadership & Team Building, Talent Acquisition, Vendor Management, PMS, Training & Development, Payroll Management, System Administration etc

Requirements

Education: MBA
Experience: 15+ years
Age: not more than 45 years
Reports to: The Director
Direct reports: 3-4

Additional Information

Candidate should be from consumer industry , preferably somebody who has grown in the plant or currently heading plant HR-IR.
Communication skill should be good.
Preferably a Bengali candidate or Bengali speaking.
