Hiring for a leading Trade technology and professional services firm
Role Responsibilities: Manage complex schedules, coordinate & maintain Country Head’s calendar including organizing all appointments, meetings etc
Liaise extensively with both internal and external stakeholders Manage all Corporate membership subscriptions on behalf of the country head as well as the Company
Manage travel arrangements for the Country Head (including but not limited to visa arrangements, ticket, cab and event, hotel bookings)
Organize meetings, social gatherings and events on behalf of the Country head & the firm. The scope will be expanded to client events and other onsite events
Manage Country head’s expense reports as well as Contact databases
Support HR-Business Partners with Business Unit level Engagement (including managing budgets) Liaise with HR-Business Partners and act as SPOC for all Business unit events/Initiatives and work with the Admin team to get the events executed Organize Business unit meetings as required by Country Head/BP HR & minute the same to track deliverables
Who we’re looking for:
A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification along with 3-5 years of relevant work experience as an executive assistant is required
Ideal prospects should possess robust analytical, organizational, interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
Candidates should excel at working both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion
A creative and enterprising approach to problem solving and proven technical savvy (particularly with Microsoft Office) is essential, as is steadfast attention to detail Self-assuredness, composure under pressure, and organizational aptitude are crucial
