Giving Insight on sale techniques, Market /business strategy inputs , new innovative & creative but practical ideas (How to analyse market , Competition and Market Dynamics.) to President sales & Marketing.
Demo and Training on how to approach the dealers , retailers, Contractors MEP builders with pre and Post Call analysis , Demo to sales team on effective sales calls of customers by joint field work ( Role play & on the job training)
Formation of new formats for sales team, Customer survey, Including POCR Sheets for RMs With Various commercials, checking & validating POCR. So, person with strong logic & creativity , arithmetic and analytical mind is a prerequisite
Corporate Drafting, Mail drafting Write Ups for Magazine, Newspaper Print Media.
Corporate and Product presentation for various platforms, like Builders, new joinees, Seminar, IPA,Credai & other forums.
Designing Various Schemes for dealers and trade based on needs, logic, commercial feasibility, and economics.
Helping RMs in getting brand approved by calls/Interaction with MEPS and continuous interactions with RMs for improvements, implementation of strategies, operational effectiveness.
Giving quality inputs to President ( Sales & Marketing) for designing business strategy, and at times to other depts. like technical dept,if required.
Should be an MBA with 15+ years experience in sales and marketing
