Company Ads is a function that was incubated 5 years back and in a short time, has gone on to become one of the largest digital advertising platforms in India. There are multiple successful businesses that this group today runs. We are seeking a seasoned marketing/advertising professional to help build a new line of business that will accelerate the next stage of exponential growth. Working in a rapidly evolving environment, dealing with ambiguity and an innate ability to manage diverse sets of internal (product: tech, finance, marketing, operations and more) and external stakeholders is essential to success in this profile. You should be able to build/guide your team to success, solve complex problems and exhibit a high amount of ownership. Strong bias to action, an ability to wear the strategic hat, executing well and getting down to brass tacks would be a critical determinant too. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable success in previous roles and should be excited about building a new charter vs seeking comfort in the known.
What you’ll do
Essay a general management role with full accountability for
Exceeding the set revenue goals.
Building a strong suite of advertiser and agency relationships.
Working with product: tech to influence/create the next leg of growth products
Advertiser and team NPS management.
Working with leadership on growth strategies and building execution linkages.
Working with the marketing team to create thought leadership for Company Ads.
Stay abreast of current conditions and trends among brands and the industry (biz focus, new product launches etc.) and adjust priorities accordingly
Identify process improvement areas and solutions.
You are expected to be extremely focused on metrics, analytics and data to ensure that the customer/brand experience on Company is enhanced.

Ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
A thorough understanding of the digital advertising industry. Hands on experience in scaling a business from scratch.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
At least 7 years of people management experience.
12-15 years of overall experience in marketing/sales. Online advertising sales experience is a plus.
Existent rolodex of relationships at all levels with leading clients and agencies.
