Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Shall be responsible for:
1. Defining new UBR Products that should be taken up for development
2. Defining the specifications of UBR Products and innovative antennas based on customer requirements, industry trends and competition
3. Understanding the UBR market and competition
4. Defining Go-to-market strategy for each product
5. Prioritizing the feature set development to align the R&D efforts with customer requirements for all UBR products
6. Managing the complete product life cycle from conceptualization, development, time to market, manufacturing, support, and end of life (EOL)
7. Coordinating with Marketing, Sales, customer, R&D and operations teams ensuring feature development is correctly prioritized for maximizing business
8. Defining innovative pricing strategies for different customers / partners / distributors, etc.
9. Ensure profitability
10. Representing standard industry forums

Requirements

Mandatory Skills/ Certification
• Experience in P2P, P2mP and Antenna product definitions
• Experience in managing product life cycle for microwave radio or UBR products
• Must have worked in a global UBR / Microwave radio product OEM
• Hand-on experiencing in testing and evaluating P2P and P2mP radio communication systems
• Thorough knowledge of radio communication and antenna technology and standards
• Experience in handling medium / large wireless communication network deployment / management
