Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- An Agile Master establishes - and (re-)enforces - an agile mindset (values, principles) as well as agile
mechanics (processes) within assigned Feature / Component Teams, towards Product Owners and related
products. Furthermore, the Agile Master supports the respective team members through the usage of relevant
tools (ATC e.g.).
-As a facilitator for the concrete implementation and application of agile processes, he/she identifies and drives
continuous optimization potential in respect to development processes, moderation of applicable ceremonies
of the chosen framework(s) (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- The Agile Master assumes the role of a Change Manager throughout the transformation towards an agile
organization. As such, moderates and syntheses different points-of-views towards a sustainable pathway
forward though the application of servant-leadership principles.
-Is responsible for one or multiple domains, multiple products / sub-products in the context of a productized
development world.
-Agile Masters drive relevant events in the implementation of Objective & Key Results (OKRs).
-Functions as the escalation point for roadblocks that the Feature Team is unable to resolve themselves.
Requirements
Experience - 8 to 17 years
- Should have good experience in Scrum Master, Agile, Project Management.
- Should have the exposure in Cloud Migration and Cloud Data Hub Projects.
