- Driving the top line through CRM marketing for multiple mil users
- Defined the loyalty charter, improved penetration & user experience
- Drive the scalability & profitability agenda for all businesses
- Set automated campaigns across emails, in-app notification, app push, SMS, Web Messaging & Chrome notifications
