Roles and Responsibilities -
· Conduct Opportunity analysis for all the products, understanding all industry segments with Major accounts.
· Prospecting with the potential Key / Major Accounts customers, understand their applications and promote solutions using company's Products.
· Organize demonstrations through Dealers and closing the deals
· Networking with local organizations, Rental companies to promote the concept.
· Engagement with Finance companies to promote funding on the company products for Major Accounts.
· Interaction with Regional teams (RSM, RGMs) and drawing their support on Volume and Market Share targets.
· Be the trainer and to trainer further.
· Engagement with HQs to get solutions on product applications, attachments for the region and dealer teams in Major Accounts.
· Monthly, quarterly, annual sales and market share targets.
· Product launch, promotions, customer events.
Location: Mumbai, Maharastra.
Qualification : BE – Mechanical / Production
Experience- 12+ years ( Atleast last 5 Years experience in the capacity of Major Account / Key Account Sales Management roles)
-Experience of Sales of Construction Equipment is mandatory
-Strong financial acumen is expected.
-Strong aptitude on “Customer Relationship Management”
- Only Construction equipments and mining candidates are preferred .
