Our Client is a Leading company in the business of branded food manufacturing Edible Oil. The Company is a cherished name and biggest producer of edible oil and bio-diesel and a arm of a business conglomerate headquartered at Kolkata.
Looking for a candidate with a Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the Automation Maintenance, ASRS Project, Material Handling Plant, Automatic Warehouse Maintenance with PLC/SCADA/HMI Programming knowledge
Familiar with troubleshooting of AC-DC motors, Servo Motors, Circuit Breakers etc.
Candidate should have knowledge of SCADA, HMI & understanding of PLC Logic.
Able to understand Electrical and Control Panel drawings.
Knowledge of Spare part management and Inventory management.
Able to troubleshoot of Power and Control Panel problems.
Sound knowledge of Instruments - PLC, I/O Modules, Electric Drives(VFDs), Contactors, Relays, Sensors etc. Types and working principal.
Coordinate with other engineers and team members to ensure design of machines and cost effectiveness of production also maintain the Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
Knowledge of Communication mediums like, CAN, ProfiNet, Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet and Wireless/Wi-Fi.
Expertise in IT/Software related work like, Ethernet Switch, Internet Protocols, Troubleshooting of IT network, basic knowledge of VPN etc also basic knowledge of IoT, INDUSTRIES 4.0, AI etc.
Independently handled the Maintenance activities, Breakdown analysis and Troubleshooting for Automatic Material Handling System with automation team & responsible for creating the maintenance procedure etc.
Familiar with the general troubleshooting of the PLC, SCADA, HMI and VFD electronic control systems also familiar with instrumentation systems for routine and preventive maintenance.
Testing knowledge of PDB Panels, PLC Control Panel and other Electrical & Instruments.
Manage schedules and report progress in SAP as well as in WMS/WCS.
Knowledge of ASRS, Palletization, Strapping Machine, Conveyors related working experiences.
Familiar with 4-Axis, 6-Axis robots, Gantry Robots operation and maintenance.
Hands on experience in Pneumatic and Hydraulic system.
Knowledge in mechanical parts like, Gear Box, Bearing, Shafts etc.
Adhere to good manufacturing and good documentation practices
Handsome knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint presentation)
Effective communicator and good team player.Required Qualification:
B. TECH / B.E in Electrical/Mechatronics/Instrumentation/Electronics/Automation or Related Field or equivalent experience Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the Automation Maintenance, Project, Material Handling Plant, Automatic Warehouse Maintenance with PLC/SCADA/HMI Programming knowledge, IT related knowledge and basic knowledge of Mechanical components/Machineries and strong problem-solving skills, hands on individual Excellent oral and written communication skills.
ASRS Experience is mandatory
