Job Description

• Work with the corporate team, with assigned functions and senior management teams to understand business strategies, diagnose current organization performance, and develop/implement plans to build needed organization capabilities and support ambitious growth.
• Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, talent assessment, change management and team building and leadership coaching
• Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, People Development, Operations, and Legal teams to implement solutions and help scale the business
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy and Provide HR Guidance when appropriate.
• Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees.
• Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and of the business units under the HR purview.
• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
• Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
• Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.


• 10 + years of experience in HR role (Preferred in business partnering)
• Strong ability to form relationships across the organization, navigate through it and influence leadership to drive agendas
• Hands on approach to work
• Strong business insight with a keen aptitude to quickly assimilate new information in coordination with relevant stakeholder
