Responsibilities
• EA should be able to understand business needs and design apt solutions to particular business problems
• He should be able to work closely with other team members
• He should be able to implement a business plan with a vision
• He should be able to ensure that a security focus is implemented
• He should be able to work with team to implement new ideas
• He should be able to provide technical support to team
• He should be able to research emerging trends and ideas
• He should be able to evaluate new technologies that can be implemented
• He should be able to create processes to improve business efficiency Skills and Specifications
• EA must have good understanding of the project and project processes
• He must have good communication skills (written and verbal)
• He must have effective planning and management
skills
• He should also have good organization, presentation and customer service skills.
Qualifications
• To be a EA one must have at least 10+ years of experience of large-scale accounts projects Skill -
