Job Description
1. Manage the hiring at the mid and senior level.
2. Maintain and develop client-business relationships.
3. Must have a strong understanding of their company's products or services and knowledge of their competition.
4.Must be ready to develop creative solutions for existing clients, as well as pursue new clientele opportunities.
5.May be required to travel to meet with clients.
6. They must also perform research to identify new potential clients.
7. Generate more searches from the existing and new clients.
8. Work on some key roles every month and generate revenue.
9. Work with the delivery managers to drive the on-going mandates of the clients.
Requirements
1. MBA/ Engineering/Graduate degree.
2. 0-1 years of experience into Non- IT Recruitment.
3. Excellent communication skills
