Digital Marketing Head

We are pleased to hire for our client, a Delhi based leading company which focuses on transforming accommodation for students in India with highly tech-enabled solutions while keeping in consideration all the basic requirements such as wifi, food, fully furnished rooms, housekeeping, security solutions, complaint and feedback management and services like laundry, doctor.

 Own end-to end set up, execution, measurement & optimization of paid search campaigns across digital marketing channels
 Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to internal revenue goals.
 Perform traffic and competitor analysis regularly to maintain an edge
 Run A/B tests across paid search campaigns & landing pages
 Work closely with the product and marketing team in executing the vision & roadmap for Stanza Living
 Coach & lead the team to deliver excellence in paid marketing delivery and ROI delivery.
 Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
 Should be highly analytical, with the ability to analyses large amounts of data and draw actionable campaign insights.
 Good understanding of how to execute campaigns, track succeeds metrics, funnel analysis, drip campaigns / lead nurturing campaigns

 6+ years of prior experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a startup
 Excellent communication skills
 User centered approach to problem solving
 Ability to lead in a dynamic and fast paced environment
 Understanding of google adwords, ppc, facebook, linkedin, SEO/SEM/ SMO, E-mail/ SMS Marketing
 Go getter, aggressive attitude
 Team handling spirit
