Japan Based leading Recruitment and Information Services MNC, spread in 11+ countries and working for over 50 years.
v Work as part of the Organisation CRM Admin team, undertake a series of changes and improvements as identified by the CRM team.
v Achieve your quarterly and yearly assignments and mission set by management including but not exhaustively:
Ø Recurring administration responsibilities: user management, maintenance, licensing, system security, etc…
Ø Answer business requests for creation or modifications of reports/dashboards
Ø Provide remote support to CRM users located in Organisation's offices all around Asia.
Ø Remotely engage with the consultants to ensure the data is accurate, up to date and allocated to the correct stage in Salesforce
Ø Responsible for continuously optimizing Salesforce by configuring setting up and improving the use of the platform whilst aligning to the businesses requirements
v Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for administration tasks.
v To maintain and update training documentation and provide training to system users
v To create and maintain the documentation for registering common issues and resolution methods
v Follow other tasks and duties as assigned by the Regional CRM System Product Leader.
v At least 2 years Salesforce support experience is mandatory
v Fluent English oral and writing communication skills - Mandatory
v User support experience – Mandatory
v Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211)
v Project coordination skills – Good to have (not mandatory)
v Familiarity with recruitment business – Good to have (not mandatory)
v Technical education background – Good to have (not mandatory)
