Job Description

1. Will be responsible for entire SEA which includes Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Philipines.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations & Sales.
3. Design strategy and set goals for growth.
4. Devise and implement the distribution strategy.
5. Expand reach by appointing new dealers.
6. Activate or exit non-performing dealers.
7. Appoint, train and integrate new sales engineers.
8. Achieve mutually agreed market share in defined timelines.
9. Retain and increase profitability.
10. Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
11. Set policies and processes.
12. Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
13. To facilitate the Sales team for achievement of Annual Business Plan (ABP), increase in distribution, visibility and market share
14. Work closely with the sales team for coverage, Distribution, and Display objectives in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP).
15. Guide the Sales team for establishing Sales Targets - Brand wise - Pack wise as per ABP.
16. Help them in breaking the sales and distribution targets Geographically, Monthly, Weekly & Daily.
17. Coordinate with the Sales team and establishing Sales Territory
18. Regularly update on sales trends
19. Regularly update on the market developments, opportunities, and competition.
20. Drive the sales team to focus on channel-wise distribution to build distribution, visibility, and volumes. 21. Have Periodic review on the Progress of Business, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and on a yearly basis.
22. Have a Clear focus on Traditional Channels to build Distribution, Visibility, and volumes.


1. Sales background in cutting tools / machining industry or similar.
2. At least 15-20 years of work experience handling Sales and Team, ideally in a similar field Expertise.
3. High proficiency in the Sales management .
