Job Description
Working with business on requirement gathering
• Coordinating with IT resources in US/India on bug fixes and new enhancements happening in CPQ
• Testing bug fixes/new enhancements
• Helping with CPQ admin stuff like new pricing/approval rule, adding/updating users
• Demonstrate Ownership and accountability
• Ability to work as a team and individually for troubleshooting/investigating problems
Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably in Business Administration or related course) • 4-6 years relevant experience as a BA in sales process\tools
• Effective communication & interpersonal skills
• Willing to overlap EST first half
