Job Description
Position : Support Manager
- Would handle a team of network support people, who are customer facing - (telecom network and systems domain.)
- The team Helps customers in resolving technical issues, NOC issues.
- The field engineers not only are involved in Network Support/troubleshooting activities – facing customers, but also interact with Telecom Network OEM’s .
- The Network telecom OEM’s provide hardware devices like routers switches, applications etc. that are deployed in Datacentres or NOC (Network Operations Center).
- People Management
Requirements
Experience : 5 to 10 years
Location - Delhi
- Telecommunication company are preferred.
- Should have good knowledge in Network Operation Centre, Network Support and Data Centre.
