7+ Experience in B2B Sales for SaaS-based products/solutions in cache solutions, NMS, Billing solutions & Internet Peering.
To create a strategic road map, plan, control and direct activities of sales teams to attain business objectives.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.
Ensuring Sales pipeline has prospects of high quality & managed well with a strong review mechanism. Visibility to close in a month, quarter and year and the expected revenue potential.
To build strong relationships with key decision-making teams of existing and prospective customers specifically catering to the Service Provider space.
To manage sales operations - track long term sales data and implement new strategies as required. Responsible for sales weekly reviews and ensuring the improvements are implemented.
Responsible for sales force analysis, recommendations for improvements in sales force effectiveness, competitive intelligence, industry benchmarks and input into trends
• Strong sales leadership with experience of managing dynamic and high performing sales team, funnel management and review process.
Should have proven experience in developing an account and regional sales plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
Managed key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
Mandatory- Pedigree-Tier 1 institute
