Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for creation of masterplan for 2GW cell and module manufacturing with all utilities and other plant support services.
2. Lead all Civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, IT and other related plant layout Design activities.
3. Interface and create design packages with the respective design consultants for plant equipments, high and low side utilites.
4. Responsible for shop floor space planning and management for all existing tools and future upgrade options considering technology changes.
5. Responsible for Package specifications finalisation, drawing releases, ECN process execution.
6. Responsible for timely reviews and meeting engineering timelines of project.
7. Take part in equipment installation, interfacing with all OEM teams and be overall responsible for delivering throughput, yield and efficiency during SAT.
8. Responsible for manpower planning, team deployment and development.
