Designation :- Key account assistant manager
Devise strategies for driving sales growth across the KA business and ensure target
Develop a complete understanding of key account needs & build a strategic plan to improve client profitability & overall results
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company
Develop trust relationships thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
Analyse existing approaches to development of business and make changes as appropriate
Create a key account aspiration roadmap to increase revenue & improve realization
Set targets for increasing share of business of KA for the team and manage day-to-day performance of the team
Build appropriate marketing and sales material to ensure target achievement is supported
Anticipate key account changes and improvements
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to maximize profit by up-selling or cross selling
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust and monitor customer satisfaction and service delivery standards
Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
