Job Title: Techno Commercial Manager
Reports to CEO/CFO
Location Mumbai, will require travel as per Business needs
Job Overview • Manage the portfolio of SPVs to achieve planned yields
• Engage in Financial & Operational improvements to enhance yield & institutionalize the operations of the assets
• Expand the portfolio through M&A
Responsibilities & Duties
A) Planning
• Prepares Annual Operating Plans & Budgets
• Prepares Monthly KPIs and monitoring the same
• Prepares detailed work breakdown structure for mon\
• ]itoring
B) Monitoring & Controls
• Generates weekly & monthly reports against KPIs and tracking w.r.t. budget
• Monitors the lead indicators of plant performance through analytics
• Liaise with financial accounting team to relate the forecast to actual performance
• Monitors the deliverables of Asset Managers and O&M Contractors
C) Commercial/Financial (current assets and future acquisitions)
• Prepares Financial modelling for project financing and equity returns for current operations, assets and future acquisitions
• Carries out scenario & sensitivity analysis, financial instrument analysis, valuation
• Evaluates the techno commercial viability of Operational improvement activities to improve yields
• Participates in due diligence (technical & commercial) during acquisitions
