Primary Activities
 Independently lead finance functions of controllership, accounting, compliance and FP&A
 Experience in GIC finance function of a large MNC
 Proficient in IGAAP and UGAAP, Companies Act compliance, taxation
 Lead process changes and work on internal controls, risk assessments
 Work closely with internal stakeholders to enable Geovision strategy for this function
 Manage and motivate the team for the expected level of performance and deliverable quality. Manage and resolve team/stakeholder conflicts
 Coordinate, negotiate and motivate various stakeholders and functional heads in order to establish consensus among cross-functional teams in support of time line and project deliverables.
 Provide necessary support during incubation period of new processes
 Suggest and recommend best practices for various processes being transitioned
 Independently run review meetings, track and present SLAs
 Develop, maintain and review dashboards, project progress and reporting in line with the standards of transition methodology, business needs & Organizational requirements.
Required Education and Experience
• CA or MBA or related professional certification (CPA, CWA, CMA) preferred. Added qualification of CS is good to have
• Minimum of 12 years of experience with key emphasis on Accounting, FP&A and business finance partnerships
• Stint in manufacturing set-up required
• Strong financial systems expertise. Familiarity with SAP, BW, Business Objects Planning or similar systems expertise is a requirement.
